How It's Slayed Apparel is Handling COVID-19

It’s Slayed Apparel works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders.

We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.

Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders.

Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.

Our standard fulfillment estimate of [3-7] business days is currently closer to [25-30  business days].

Shipping

Because your orders are print on demand once you have confirmed your order,

It might not be possible to edit or cancel it. Please insure that you have the right items, sizes, and address before you submit your orders.  

The risk of loss of, damage to and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.

In such case It’s Slayed Apparel will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.

If carrier tracking indicates that a product was lost in transit, you can make a written claim for replacement of (or credit to the Member’s account for) the lost product in compliance with It’s Slayed Apparel’s Return Policy.

For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

All such claims are subject to It’s Slayed Apparel’s investigation and sole discretion.

 

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Once the return package reaches our facility, we’ll notify you via email. 

Based on the reason for the return, we'll decide what the next steps should be.
